If you love toy trains and would like to attend the York Train Meet, we'd love to introduce you to our toy train family and share with you our love of the toy trains.

Here's just a few of the exciting things you'll find at the York Train Meet:

  1. Thousands of other toy train enthusiasts willing to share their love of the hobby.
  2. Six (6) buildings of trains and train related items - 1 large dealer building (90,000 square feet) and 4 non-dealer TCA member buildings and a building with operating train layouts.
  3. Over 190,000 square feet of toy trains, accessories, scenery, benchwork (that's layout frame for beginners), layout materials, train themed clothing, books, videos, track, transformers, .etc.
  4. Modular exhibits with operating toy trains and accessories.
  5. Instructional exhibits to assist in building an operating layout.
  6. Kids Korner for the very young at heart engineer can ride a battery operated toy train (under age 6 with adult).
  7. All scales of toy trains - O Gauge, HO, Standard Gauge, G- Scale and S, N & Z Gauges.
  8. Toy trains manufactured by Lionel, MTH, American Flyer, Bachman, Atlas, LGB, Ives and more.
  9. Old and new toy trains and accessories from early 1900's to present.
  10. Visit our Photo Gallery for some great photos of the exciting happenings at the Eastern Division York Train Meet.

Two Great Options to attend:

Choose your option.

Please read about each option before registering.

Option 1 - Public Registration - gets you into one (1) Dealer Building and the Operating Train Layout Building - $10.00 per day per person. You can register for one (1) or two (2) days - pick Friday or Saturday or both days. (Children under the age of 18 admitted FREE with paying adult)

Registration $11.00 (includes $1.00 convenience fee) put coupon code "CHOO22" to receive the $1.00 discount per adult.

Register online and print your receipt. Then bring it to the show ticket window located in the Weis Arena and exchange your ticket for a bracelet. You must have a bracelet to enter the Dealer Hall.

OR

Option 2 - Register as a guest - $23.00, spouse $3.00 (if attending). Guest badge pick-up is in the Silver (Memorial) Building. This gets you into the four (4) TCA member buildings, one (1) Dealer Building and the one (1) Operating Train Layout Building. - $23,00 for all three days (Thursday, Friday & Saturday), spouse $3.00 (Children under the age of 18 admitted FREE with paying adult).

Before you take the next step to register to attend the upcoming Show there's a few items you need to be aware of:



  • The meet is open to members of the Train Collectors Association (TCA), their family and guests. We encourage toy train enthusiasts to attend the meet by permitting them to register and attend one meet as a guest. If you register online as a guest, you will be sponsored by a TCA member automatically. See link below.
  • To continue attending future York Trains Shows you are required to join the TCA.
  • You will have an opportunity to join TCA at the meet (Silver Hall Registration Desk).
  • Please read the current meet notice so you are familiar with our policies and rules. When registering you agree to have read and be willing to abide by the policies and rules. Click to review our Meet Brochure/Member Meet Notice.
  • All guest attendees must register and you may pick up your badge at the door only. Photo ID required for badge pick up.
  • The badge must be visible at all times to gain entry to the buildings.
  • Badge holders are available when picking up the badge for $3.00.Badgeholder
  • For safety reasons, no wagons, suitcases or large backpacks are permitted in any building. Strollers are permitted.
