The York Train Meet

The York Train Meet is sponsored by the Eastern Division and it is open to members (and family) of the Train Collectors Association and their guests. (To join TCA click here) The Dealer Halls are open to the general public Friday and Saturday. (That's the Orange and Purple Halls). Members are invited to bring their families and guests; however each person attending the Meet must be registered and receive a badge. Badges are required for entry to the buildings and must be visible at all times during the meet. Guests are required to show ID when picking up their badge at the door (see map).

We offer several ways to register for the meet: (scroll over links to highlight)

  3. Registration form located in the TCA Headquarters Newsletter (see Table of Contents for registration form page number)
  4. By mail using the registration form located in the York Meet Notice
  5. At the Door
  6. Don't forget - you may now register for the next York Meet at the current York Meet. The table is located in the Silver Hall across from the registration desk. Limited hours.

We also have several registration categories so please review the meet notice when registering.

  1. A member registering to attend the meet only. (Form)
  2. A member registering to attend the meet and rent a table in a non-dealer hall. (Form)
  3. A member registering to attend the meet and rent a table/booth in a dealer hall. (Form)

When registering to attend our meet you are agreeing to have read, be familiar with and abide by the rules of the meet. All table/booth holders agree to have train/train related items on their tables until the conclusion of the meet at 2:00pm Saturday.
